GRAND Cayman

The Maziur family just got back from a full week vacation to Grand Cayman! Nene, Gram and Papa Howie came with us and we had SO much fun! We had a blast playing on the beach, snorkeling, swimming with stingrays, fishing, going to the turtle farm and eating lots!!! I have to include a few favorite pics here but check out the slide show too! This was our backyard....

At the beach.....

Fishing, the turtle farm and our visit with the stingrays........Here we all are! Just enjoying each day! Definitely "Making the Days Beautiful"!

Make the Day Beautiful!

Something really neat happened tonight that I have to share. We were out at dinner and Marlie was being a little fussy (seems to be the usual these days) and Matt told her "Marlie make the day beautiful". I thought surely I didn't hear something correctly but then he said it again. I told him that was such a nice thing to say and asked him who taught him that. Then he said....."God just put it in me". HOW AWESOME IS THAT? I grabbed him and just held him tight for teaching me something. Now right after I let him go he went and smashed his head into his sister's back...HA!....but we take the good moments like these and keep them close to our heart. I will do my best to make the day beautiful too!

Baseball Pics

T-ball season is almost over so I wanted to post a few more pics from this year. We had our end of year party/trophy presentation at Chick-fil-A and it was a blast. The kids were SO excited about their trophies. Dad did a great job coaching and all the parents were so wonderful. Can't wait to do it again!

We were really proud at how well Matt played this year...well minus the times he was tackling his teammates or trying to steal the ball or playing in the dirt....but when it was his turn he was really focused. He still plays almost every day in the backyard (and you have to call him Lance - as in Lance Berkman - he insists on that) and Marlie is his biggest fan. She cheers every time he hits the ball as if it's the first time he's ever hit it. And she's always asking to go to "baseball practice". She is a great little sister. Matt is so lucky!
